Director of Online Fundraising

Our firm is seeking a Director of Online Fundraising who will execute our client's desired outcomes, provide strategic guidance, and deliver amazing service while working with the top experts in our industry.  

On a day-to-day basis, the Director of Online Fundraising oversees the strategy, planning, and implementation of Politicoin’s fundraising campaigns. 

  

How you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of Politicoin’s online fundraising initiatives.

• Guide the strategy to achieve online fundraising targets in accordance with fundraising projections.

• Conduct regular analysis of online fundraising data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly, and identify new opportunities available in vendor platforms. 

• ​​Stay current with emerging online fundraising trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into our fundraising strategy as appropriate.

• Maintain regular flow of communication on fundraising to clients and the broader team

• Managing relationships with all fundraising vendors. 

• Oversee the team of Associates on staff.  

• Potential for growth into a VP position. 

  

Why we’ll love you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, and/or Political Science is preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in online fundraising and digital strategy is required. 

• Strong understanding of the online fundraising landscape, best practices, benchmarks for success, and emerging digital trends.

• Extensive understanding of data, analytics, and reporting as it applies to online fundraising work.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent writing skills and extensive experience with fundraising copy.
